Tivibu / TBWA Istanbul / Agency Producer / 2011

In Turkey most of the viewers prefer dubbed movies. Tivibu (an IPTV channel in Turkey) asked for a low budget commercial campaign to promote their dubbed movie collection. All the on-screen text in the commercials was enlarged to show the viewers that they are watching the subtitles instead of the film. In order to assure clarity for the English speaking viewers, some parts of the on-screen texts were translated into English in this version. This commercial is still one and the only Turkish TV ads that has won a prize in Cannes Lions.
