VESTEL / Saatchi&Saatchi Istanbul / Agency Producer / 2010

This was the first commercial for Turkish brand VESTEL, with many to follow. I found these two young, very talented directors after a lot of searching and introduced them to the production company. It’s my belief that an important part of a producer’s role can be to match the best production company with the best director. Vestel's robots are assembled out of the VESTEL products. At the client’s insistence they are friendly, helpful, discrete - and only visible to children! In a bid to keep their existence a secret if there is any risk that they may be seen by an adult they return to being household products immediately, thus making them best of friends with the kids featured. This campaign and concept was created by us and lasted for over 5 years spawning many commercials.
